Event Contract

GUARANTEES

For all private functions, the attendance must be specified 2 weeks prior to the event. All numbers will be considered guaranteed. The final bill will be based on the final guarantee if fewer guests than expected should attend.

BANQUET MENUS

Banquet menus, seating arrangements and all other details pertaining to functions must be submitted to Tassone’s Wine Garden 4 weeks prior to the function date. A minimum of 75 people is required for all buffets, should the final guest count fall below the minimum of 100, then the final bill will be based upon our minimum requirement for 100 people. Menu pricing is subject to change. Once a final contract and deposit have been made all pricing is final.

BEVERAGE SERVICE

We offer a complete selection of beverages to compliment your event. All alcoholic beverage sales are regulated by the State Of New York, Tassone’s Wine Garden, as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of these regulations. Therefore, no other alcoholic beverages may be served other than that provided by Tassone’s Wine Garden the day of the event.

A $75.00 off premise liquor license fee will be assessed for all bar setups. In the event that an Open Bar is requested, there will be a flat fee charged per guest per hour as quoted by Tassone’s Wine Garden. Please ask the banquet coordinator for House, Call and/or Premium Bar fees.

DEPOSITS

A deposit of 20% of the estimated total of the final bill is required along with the signed contract to guarantee and confirm the date of the function. These deposits may be made in cash, major credit card or money order. Your deposit will be applied to your final bill. All deposits are non-refundable.

SERVICE CHARGES & SALES TAX

A 20% service charge and 8% sales tax will be added to all food and beverage items. A completed tax exempt form must be provided with requests for exemption of state sales tax.

FINAL PAYMENTS

The final payment is due 10 days prior to the event.
